Sales Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to join us as we grow.

Fluent English required — strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible / Commission-Based

You’ll:
• Research & identify potential clients
• Find the right decision-makers
• Make cold calls & send personalized emails
• Follow up and build relationships
• Book qualified walkthroughs
• Keep track of leads in our CRM

Your main goal will be to generate qualified commercial cleaning opportunities throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (from flyer):

• Confident & comfortable on the phone
• Great communication skills
• Organized & consistent
• Self-motivated & able to work independently
• Basic computer & email skills
• Sales experience is an asset

WORK SCHEDULE (from flyer):
• Flexible schedule — must be available during peak hours (Vancouver time):
• Best calling / email times: Tue — 10:00-11:30 AM & 2:00-3:00 PM (Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
