About the role
Wigwamstorage is looking for 2 individuals with outstanding customer service to join its team. This is an opportunity to join a small, friendly team where customer service is at the heart of the work. The role involves speaking to and helping people, and developing new skills in a varied role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Handle self-storage sales, customer service and administration.
- Learn how to operate a successful self-storage facility.
- Occasionally visit other Wigwam storage sites.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, friendly and great with people.
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team.
- A full driving licence is required for occasional visits to other Wigwam storage sites.
