The role combines technical water treatment expertise with relationship-driven sales across upstream, midstream, downstream, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Leverage industry relationships to uncover new and open opportunities.
• Identify prospects and customer target needs.
• Develop technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Drive revenue and emerging growth across domestic and international markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of water treatment sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling chemicals, equipment, services, and integrated treatment solutions.
• Strong oil and gas and/or industrial market experience.
• Established customer and industry relationships highly preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, engineering science, business, or a related field preferred.
