Sales Engineer – Motors and Pumps in Madhavaram, Tamil Nadu

Pandarinathan is hiring a full-time Sales Engineer – Motors and Pumps in Madhavaram, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site engineering sales role, you will help customers identify suitable motor and pump solutions, build strong customer relationships, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored motors and pumps solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, explaining product features and benefits.
• Prepare and present sales proposals that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to confirm solution feasibility and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
• Work with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns for relevant customer markets.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities and inform strategy.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Two to three years of engineering sales experience preferred; experience with motors and pumps is an advantage.
• Proficiency with presentation, CRM, and data analysis software.
• Familiarity with industry-standard certifications is an advantage.
