Sales Executive

Tasks

• Drive end-to-end lead generation and expand our active customer footprint.
• Build, nurture, and maintain high-value relationships with interior designers, architects, dealers, and active project sites through regular visits.
• Present and pitch specialized curtain and interior hardware products effectively.
• Manage the complete sales cycle-from tracking inquiries and sharing quotations to coordinating seamless order delivery.
• Generate Sales Leads
• Client Outreach & Meetings

Requirements

• Freshers & Experienced Welcome
• Building Material Sales Experience Preferred
• For Freshers: A high-energy, positive attitude, confident personality, and an eagerness to master technical interior products.
• For Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within Building Material Sales, Curtain Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Blinds, or Furniture Hardware.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation tactics, persistent follow-up skills, and a self-driven, target-oriented mindset.

Pay

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Experienced (Up to 5 Years): ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Performance-Based Incentives
• Final CTC will be structured based on your experience, skills, and interview performance.
