Manas Enterprises is hiring a motivated Sales Executive and 4 Wheeler Driver with back office responsibilities in Neral, Maharashtra, India . This full-time role combines client-facing sales activities, driving duties, and essential administrative support to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular sales visits to clients, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new sales opportunities. Drive a four-wheeler for sales-related transportation and client meetings safely and punctually. Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and back office paperwork. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Manage inventory and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product deliveries. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute proactively to achieving team sales targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for four-wheeler vehicles. Strong interpersonal and sales communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in back office or administrative roles is an advantage.
