Sales Executive Manager in Bāb al Lūq, Cairo, Egypt

Superfine international is hiring a full-time Sales Executive Manager in Bāb al Lūq, Cairo, Egypt. This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, grow revenue, and build lasting client relationships in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead, train, support, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Track sales performance and use key metrics to guide decisions and adjust strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales activities with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven sales experience; five or more years and prior management experience are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and analytical methods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Sales management certifications or relevant training are a plus.

Compensation and Employment

Annual pay: 150000. This is a full-time, on-site position in Cairo, Egypt. The role reports directly to senior leadership.
