Superfine international is hiring a full-time Sales Executive Manager in La Paz, La Paz Department, Bolivia. This on-site leadership role is responsible for shaping sales strategy, guiding a sales team, and improving performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
• Lead, coach, and manage sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Analyze the market to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and plans to senior management.
• Partner with marketing to align sales initiatives and promotional activities.
• Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing feedback and development support.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
