Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and customer accounts
• Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in poultry, agricultural equipment or B2B sales preferred
• Strong business development and account acquisition skills
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience in project-based sales is an advantage
• Consultative and solution-selling capability
• Good CRM, pipeline management and forecasting discipline
