Superfine international is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executives Manager to lead our thriving sales team in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and enhance profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, identify growth opportunities, and strategize improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed sales performance reports, forecast revenue, and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with customer demands.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with proven sales target achievement.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities to build relationships at all levels.
