Job description
Talentpoel is seeking a motivated Sales Intern – Leadership Track for a part-time opportunity based in Atlanta, Georgia, with remote eligibility. This internship offers hands-on experience with sales, prospecting, client communication, and professional development in a fast-paced environment. Work at least 10–15 hours per week and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Research potential clients and analyze their needs and preferences.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email, build relationships, and respond to inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training to develop sales techniques and strategies.
- Track and report sales metrics and progress toward team goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth client onboarding.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.
- Basic knowledge of sales concepts is a plus, but not required.
