✔️ Has proven experience in B2B sales or agency-side selling
✔️ Owns the pipeline from prospecting to close — no hand-holding needed
✔️ Can lead and coach Sales Associates
✔️ Is confident issuing proposals, MSAs, and closing under quota
✔️ Understands agency service models and rate-card selling
✔️ Is process-driven, honest under pressure, and hungry to grow

* Advertising Arts
* Any related field

💼 **2+ years of combined sales experience**, with at least 1 year selling professional services (agency, media, SaaS, or consultancy). Verifiable closed deals required at interview.
