Job description
Drive technical sales and business development for Automation & Electrical solutions
Build and maintain strategic relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and End Users
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Deliver technical presentations and act as a trusted technology advisor
Manage sales pipeline, bookings, and customer engagement through CRM tools
Travel approximately 50% to support customer relationships and business growth
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering
✔ 5–8 years of solution selling experience in Automation & Electrical solutions
✔ Experience within Energy Transition, Utilities, or Industrial sectors
✔ Strong knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, system integration, and digital/software solutions
✔ Proven success in lead generation, business development, and closing enterprise sales
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
