Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to improve performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, including results and areas for improvement.
• Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales activities with company goals.
• Deliver training and development sessions to strengthen sales team skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least five years of sales experience, preferably in a management role.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
