About the role
HR Etur Ghelo Genis is seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project financing, and technical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Chinese language skills in reading, writing, and speaking are an advantage.
