About the Role
Join the largest engine manufacturer in China as a high-performance Sales Manager focused on Diesel Engine Business including Generator Sets, Off-road Engine Applications, Commercial Vehicle Engine Applications, and Light Trucks. This role covers the Panama and Caribbean markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies for Weichai Diesel Engine and Generator Set products.
- Direct all sales activities within Panama and the Caribbean region.
- Manage and grow business opportunities in Diesel Engines and Light Trucks sectors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in diesel engines or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of generator sets, off-road engines, and commercial vehicle engines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Panama; remote work is not eligible.
