Subramani is hiring a full-time Sales Manager for IndusInd General Insurance in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, grow revenue, and strengthen customer relationships in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct sales.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and business partners to support satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
