Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and increase revenue. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct sales efforts. Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new opportunities and address challenges. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and maximize sales potential. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong expertise in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Industry certifications and sales training credentials are a plus. This full-time role is based in Coimbatore and offers a competitive annual salary of ₹255,000. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and work closely with a dedicated team of sales representatives and customer service specialists.
