About the role
Staffluence is hiring a Sales Marketing Associate Telemarketer in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The position is under agency, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 hours per day on the day shift. Salary is NCR Minimum Wage + Monthly Allowances.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls.
- Promote products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records.
- Meet assigned targets.
Requirements
- College graduate in any course.
- At least 1 year of experience in CSR, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
