Responsibilities
- Product concepts and branding: Develop concepts and brand positioning for new epoxy and urethane coatings that reflect company values and appeal to target markets.
- Marketing strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote new products and reach prospective customers.
- Market research: Research customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors to inform product development and marketing decisions.
- Business growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and attract new customers.
- Supplier and distribution development: Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers on product quality and competitiveness, and build and manage distribution partnerships and channels.
