Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager based in Boone, North Carolina, to lead the development and growth of our new epoxy and urethane coatings product line. This full-time role requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing, product development, and business acumen to drive sales and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Concept & Brand Creation: Lead the creation and branding of new epoxy and urethane coatings that align with company values and appeal to target markets.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans using innovative approaches to effectively reach and engage customers.
- Market Research: Conduct preliminary research to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, grow market share, and attract new clients.
- Supplier & Distribution Management: Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality and competitive pricing; establish and manage distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
