About the Role
In this full-time, on-site role, you will guide product development and marketing for new epoxy and urethane coatings. You will help shape product concepts, strengthen brand positioning, grow sales, and build pathways to market.
Responsibilities
- Product concept and branding: Develop concepts and brand positioning for new epoxy and urethane coatings that reflect company values and appeal to target customers.
- Marketing strategy: Create and implement marketing plans for new products, using effective channels and approaches to reach prospective customers.
- Market research: Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors to inform product development and marketing decisions.
- Business growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and attract new customers.
- Supplier and distribution partnerships: Work with manufacturers and suppliers to support product quality and competitiveness, and establish and manage distribution partners and channels.
- Digital development: Plan and oversee the development and maintenance of internet and mobile applications that support online business activities.
