We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Officer to join a leading organization in the Cement Industry. If you have strong sales, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop sales opportunities within the Ghorahi market.
• Identify construction projects and potential customers.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market and project visits.
• Generate leads and follow up until sales closure.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business accounts.
• Coordinate quotations, orders, and deliveries with internal teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements
• BBA/BBS or equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in RMC, Cement, Paints, Hardware, Construction Materials, or related industries preferred.
• Strong project and field-sales orientation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be a resident of Ghorahi.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
