Job description
Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst in Austin, TX
Our MAANG client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract. You will keep contract, supplier and payout records accurate so partner payments run smoothly.
What you'll do
• Keep Salesforce records complete and clean
• Enter signed contracts and their details into internal tools
• Coordinate supplier setup and onboarding
• Prepare and submit payout requests, then track them to payment
What you bring
• 1-3 years in operations, contract administration, procurement or AP/AR support
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Accurate, high-volume, deadline-driven work
• Ability to follow documented processes precisely
• Clear written communication
