Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, address challenges, and celebrate successes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a plus. 1-2 years of sales or related experience preferred. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager who will provide guidance and support to help you succeed. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive annual salary of $225,000 .
