Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and celebrate successes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or sales preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a plus. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field preferred.
