• Location: LuLu Mall, Kochi, Kerala, India
• Pay: Up to ₹25,000 per month
• Schedule: 6 working days per week; weekly day off follows the mall roster
• Experience: At least 1 year in retail sales
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage mall customers, promote products, and drive in-store sales.
• Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge and engaging brand storytelling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and help ensure products are in stock.
• Support sales promotions, product sampling, and in-store activations to improve conversions.
• Track daily sales and share reports with the store team.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience; mall or retail-floor experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced mall retail environment.
• Proactive, target-oriented mindset and ability to represent a brand professionally.
• Flexibility to work across mall outlets as needed.
