Sagan is hiring a remote Sales QA & Audit Associate in Colombia. This independent contractor role supports sales quality, process compliance, commission review, and accurate operating data for a leading U.S. residential and commercial plumbing and sewer services provider.

What You’ll Do

• Audit sewer sales calls and document debriefs with sales representatives.
• Review compliance with the sales process, verbal sales authentication, ServiceTitan tagging, and lead-source accuracy.
• Confirm job documentation, videos, and required uploads are complete and correctly attached.
• Prepare initial commission calculations and flag pricing, discount, and margin exceptions for management.
• Support consumer financing applications and track application outcomes.
• Maintain Excel workbooks and prepare daily and weekly sales KPI reports.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review a high volume of calls.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and workbook maintenance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including confidence providing process feedback.
• Discretion when handling compensation and payroll-related information.

Preferred Experience

• ServiceTitan, sales operations, quality assurance, or call auditing.
• Consumer financing, home services, or the trades.
• AI-powered call-scoring tools.
