What You'll DoFollow up on leads: Reach out to newly generated leads and connect with potential clients.Run discovery calls: Learn each client's hiring needs and offer our recruiting services.Present proposals: Prepare and present proposals and service agreements, then close the deal.Hand off clients: Pass new clients to the recruiting team for a smooth onboarding.
What You NeedExperience: 2+ years of recent sales experience (required)Background: Recruitment or sales background (required)English: Excellent spoken English (required)Business development: Proven business development skills (required)Negotiation: Negotiation and objection handling (required)Forecasting: Pipeline management and sales forecasting (required)
