Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Representative II manages advanced retail/field sales, handles escalated customer accounts, and executes high-value transactions. Reporting to the Sales Manager or Supervisor, this role ensures accurate, compliant operations to meet daily sales targets and elevate regional service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Sales & Account Management: Drive product movement via client outreach, validate bulk/corporate orders, and oversee merchandising and stock compliance.
• Escalation & Troubleshooting: Resolve complex client complaints, reconcile financial/stock variances, and report system order fulfillment bottlenecks to management.
• Compliance & Teamwork: Follow standard pricing frameworks and coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and finance for smooth deliveries.

QUALIFICATION
• Education: Degree or Associate/Vocational graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in corporate/retail sales, client relationship management, and inventory coordination.
• Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of transactional workflows, consumer rights laws, and sales management systems (advanced CRM/sales certificates preferred).
