Job description
About the role
Sell residential and commercial concrete projects and coordinate them from the first customer call through completion.
Tasks
- Follow up with leads, visit jobsites, take measurements, and prepare estimates.
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and general contractors.
- Close sales and provide clear project details to our foreman.
- Coordinate project needs and keep customers informed.
- Track budgets, document change orders, and maintain job records.
- Handle final walkthroughs and follow up on payments.
Requirements
- Strong communication, sales, organization, and follow-through.
- Construction or concrete experience is a plus.
