Part-Time Field Sales Representative — Independent Contractor

Pay: $20 per hour, plus a $120 bonus for each signed partnership. Work at least 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Steph is seeking a motivated, outgoing Field Sales Representative to meet local business owners in Flint, Michigan. This is an in-person, people-facing role focused on building relationships and securing new partnerships—not desk work or cold emails.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses in Flint, MI.
• Present the client’s service clearly and confidently.
• Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Close and secure new partnership agreements.
• Report on business visits and results.

Qualifications

• Confident approaching and speaking with new people.
• Self-motivated, reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and based in Flint, Michigan.
• Have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099).

No prior sales experience is required; training is provided.
