Remote Healthcare Sales Representative – United States

Magahire is hiring a full-time, remote Healthcare Sales Representative in the United States. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and develop new business through consultative selling. Healthcare experience is required; home care experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to engage prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and conduct outreach and prospecting activities.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to bring new business to Magahire.
• Communicate clearly and listen actively to understand customer needs.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to organize and support customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare sales or other healthcare experience is required.
• Home care experience is preferred.
• Consultative selling, lead generation, and prospecting skills.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation are required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
