Our firm specializes in assisting individuals living and working in the U.S. without legal status by guiding them through the legal immigration process. We help clients apply for work permits, visas, permanent residency, and other immigration relief solutions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their immigration needs. Provide clear, concise information about immigration services and legal processes. Use effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into clients. Build long-term client relationships through culturally sensitive communication. Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Offer practical solutions to address client concerns and obstacles.
