Main ResponsabilitiesProspect and develop new business opportunities through multiple sales channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, and corporate clients.Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, and commercial opportunities to maximize conversion rates.Present products and services using a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs.Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and support sales closing activities.Achieve individual and team sales goals while contributing to business growth initiatives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.Provide personalized customer service and post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and recurring business.Participate in commercial events, promotional activities, and internal training sessions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities.Propose and support initiatives that enhance sales processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
RequirementsHigh school diploma, technical degree, or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, International Commerce, Commercial Management, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.Proven experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools is desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and digital communication tools.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) at a B2 level or higher is desirable or required depending on the position.Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, or retail industry is considered a plus.Knowledge of Amazon FBA, including product listings, inventory management, and basic seller operations, is a plus.
