About the role
JB Music Philippines is seeking Sales Staff to assist store operations and provide quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sell merchandise and assist customers with musical instruments, professional audio equipment, or sports equipment and fitness accessories.
- Welcome and assist customers in the selling area through effective public relations and salesmanship.
- Introduce customers to ongoing promotional items.
- Help maintain merchandise displays and layouts, and replenish stock in the assigned area.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, monitoring, and proper handling of merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store and stock room.
- Help prepare reports on unsold deliveries, price surveys, inventory, and damaged or defective items.
- Support store operations in achieving sales targets and objectives through quality customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at college level.
- One year of sales experience is required.
- Must have knowledge of musical instruments.
- Must be at least 5’5” in height.
- Must be hardworking and trustworthy.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
