Requirements
- 8+ Years
- Salesforce, Copado, CI/CD, Git, Lightning Framework, Salesforce Administration
- Strong experience with Salesforce org migrations using Copado
- Hands-on expertise in end-to-end Salesforce deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines integrated with Git
- Expertise in Salesforce metadata migration and deployment automation
- Experience coordinating data migrations and resolving deployment dependencies
- Knowledge of quality gates, code reviews, and multi-org strategies
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
