We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on technical expertise, enterprise solution design capabilities, and experience supporting complex Salesforce environments and integrated business applications.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive integration excellence, application stability, and continuous improvement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce architecture, technical design, and enterprise solution implementation.
Provide technical leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Design and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
Lead production incident management, root cause analysis, and technical escalations.
Support Salesforce releases, managed package upgrades, and cross-application impact assessments.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, developers, administrators, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, integration dependencies, and support knowledge bases.
Support integrations across enterprise SaaS and boundary applications.
✅ Must-Have Skills
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with technical leadership.
Salesforce Platform Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Apex, Salesforce Flow, automation, security, and data management.
REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
Production Support, Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis.
Enterprise Application Ecosystem and Boundary Application Management.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
