Salesforce Architect/Developer

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture, Development, and solution design.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including configuration, security, user management, and environment management.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce; SOQL/SOSL; Salesforce APIs and integration patterns; Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Apex Triggers and Classes; Flows, Workflows, and Validation Rules; custom applications and business solutions; automation and complex business processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience managing Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production environments; deployment and release management; version control; security and access controls; data migration, quality, and integrity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools, preferably Copado.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, administrators, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect-level certifications are preferred.
