Requirements

10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM solutions
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user story creation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and UAT coordination
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce configuration, dashboards, and release management is highly preferred
Strong communication and analytical skills are essential
