Job description
Requirements
- MUST be a US Citizen (USC) or Green Card (GC) holder.
- W2 ONLY.
- Proven hands-on experience as a BA on enterprise Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Commerce Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities-Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is highly preferred!
- Expertise in Agile/SAFe environments (writing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, process modeling, gap analysis, and AS-IS/TO-BE workflows.
- CSM, PMI-ACP, or Salesforce BA/Admin certifications are a huge plus.
