🚀 Hiring: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Banking Domain)
We are actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (8+ years) for a long-term contract engagement with an industry-leading banking client in Atlanta, GA.
This role serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving platform enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino.
📌 Position Overview:
Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite — 5 days/week)
Duration: 6–12+ Months
Work Authorization: Open to USC / GC /EADs (No H1B)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, conduct workshops, and perform process mapping & gap analysis.
Draft high-quality BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Leverage hands-on Salesforce Admin capabilities to configure profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards.
Optimize commercial banking workflows, loan origination processes, and Salesforce integrations.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams across the full Agile delivery lifecycle.
🎯 Required Experience & Skills:
8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong domain background in Banking / Financial Services (experience with nCino is highly desirable).
Demonstrated configuration knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Admin settings.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, UAT execution, and release management.

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
