Job description
Blue Rose Technoloies is hiring a Salesforce Delivery Lead/Manager for a long-term contract position in South San Francisco, California. In this on-site role, you will lead Salesforce delivery projects, work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, and implement solutions that improve business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Oversee custom application development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud project delivery, ensuring Salesforce best practices.
- Train end users and provide support throughout implementation and adoption.
- Track project progress against success metrics and adjust delivery plans as needed.
- Promote effective communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
