Job description
Blue Rose Technoloies is seeking a skilled Salesforce Delivery Lead/Manager to join our innovative team in South San Francisco, CA. This long-term contract role offers a unique opportunity to lead Salesforce projects that enhance client operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL to achieve project objectives.
- Manage delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users during implementation.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce platforms, specifically Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
