Salesforce Developer

Tasks

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
• Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
• Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).

Requirements

• Candidates must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or any other Salesforce certification.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Strong proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Schedule

• Hybrid, 3 days a week in offices.
