Salesforce Lead

Tasks

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications using salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
• Provide expertise in customizing salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of salesforce implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in salesforce development including salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
• In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration, customization, apex, visualforce, and lightning components.
• Experience in designing and implementing salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
