Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer Location: Irving, Texas, United States (3 days in-office mandatory) Duration: 6-12 months, extendable Required Certifications: Salesforce Admin Sales Cloud App Builder Platform Developer I (PD1) Platform Developer II (PD2) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with over 10 years of IT industry experience specializing in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Service Cloud, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Field Service Lightning. Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce development projects and ensure adherence to best practices. Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions integrating with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA. 10+ years of Salesforce development experience. Proficient in Apex, LWC, Sales and Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and integration techniques.
