Role OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to drive execution, coordination and delivery governance across distributed technology teams.You will manage plans, risks, dependencies, status reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Delivery Management- Own project planning, execution tracking, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.- Run Agile ceremonies, weekly status reviews, leadership updates and delivery checkpoints.- Track scope, effort, timelines and team commitments across workstreams.• Governance & Reporting- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, project plans and status dashboards.- Prepare clear stakeholder communications, WSRs and escalation summaries.- Ensure governance discipline across distributed teams and client-facing delivery.• Stakeholder & Team Coordination- Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.- Identify blockers early and drive closure with clear ownership and timelines.- Support onboarding, resource planning and delivery readiness.Salesforce & Admin capabilities- Should be able to handle Salesforce discussion- Perform admin activities like configuration, creating flows etc.Required Technical Skills & Competencies• 8+ years of project management or delivery management experience in IT services or product engineering.• Strong experience managing distributed Agile teams and client-facing delivery.• Hands-on experience with project plans, RAID, status reporting and governance routines.• Ability to manage scope, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communication.• Excellent communication, ownership and escalation management skills.Good to Have• PMP, Scrum Master or Agile certification.• Experience with modernization, cloud, data or enterprise platform programs.• Working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.• Experience managing nearshore/offshore delivery models.Must-Have Skills• Strong project planning and delivery governance experience.• Ability to manage distributed Agile teams.• Client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with RAID, WSR, action tracking and escalation management.Desired Attributes• Strong ownership mindset and engineering discipline.• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Effective communicator who collaborates well across distributed, cross-functional teams.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.• Passion for continuous improvement, clean code and delivery excellence.
