Salesforce Solution Architect

Tasks

• Drive Salesforce and Q2C platform strategy and roadmap
• Optimize end-to-end business processes across Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT
• Lead platform rationalization and integration initiatives, especially in M&A environments
• Manage global delivery teams, service levels, and critical incident resolution
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• 15+ Years Must
• Must reside within 100 miles
• All Visas Workable Except OPT
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, with 10+ years in the Quote-to-Cash domain
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ/RCA, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and ERP systems
• Proven experience with platform consolidation and integrations in post-acquisition environments
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Q2C processes and enterprise platform strategy
• LinkedIn profile with a picture
• Preferred: Infor SyteLine, Agile, ServiceNow, Jira, NetSuite, SAP, and Salesforce certifications.

Schedule

• Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
• Hybrid
