Salesforce Solution Architect - Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

Tasks

• Lead IT strategy and architecture for the Quote-to-Cash domain.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve processes and systems.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams delivering enhancements, integrations, and support.
• Define platform strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce, CPQ, Field Service, and ERP systems.
• Drive platform rationalization, consolidation, and integration following mergers and acquisitions.
• Establish service delivery standards, SLAs, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance, security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead critical incident escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience preferred.
• 10+ years of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) domain experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, CPQ/RCA, Field Service Lightning,
• Must reside within 100 miles of the work location
• US Citizens, Green Card, H4, TN

Schedule

• Hybrid - Onsite 2 days per week
