Salesforce Solution Architect – Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

Tasks

• Own IT strategy and technology solutions for the Q2C domain
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve business processes
• Lead onshore/offshore teams delivering enhancements, integrations, and support
• Define platform strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce, CPQ, Field Services, and ERP
• Drive platform rationalization and integration, particularly following mergers and acquisitions
• Establish service delivery standards, SLAs, and best practices
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams
• Resolve critical incidents and improve system reliability and user satisfaction

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience
• 10+ years of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ/RCA, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), and ERP systems
• Experience leading global delivery teams, including offshore resources
• Proven success in platform consolidation, integrations, and post-acquisition environments
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Experience with Infor SyteLine
• Preferred: Agile methodologies and delivery models
• Preferred: Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, NetSuite, or SAP
• Preferred: Relevant Salesforce certifications
