📢 WE ARE HIRING: Salesforce WFM Business Systems Analyst // W2 HIRING
📍 Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
📅 Duration: 60 Months Contract
💼 Experience: 12+ Years

🔹 Key Requirements:
Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with Workforce Management (WFM) or Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Experience supporting 2–3 large-scale implementations in an enterprise environment.
Understanding of field technician scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, appointment management, and capacity planning.
Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Ability to work with Product Managers and stakeholders to assess feature requests, define business value, and prioritize requirements.
Experience defining success metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Preferred Experience:
Experience with field service or workforce management platforms such as:
Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
Oracle Field Service (OFS)
ClickSoftware
ServiceNow Field Service Management
SAP Field Service Management
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
ServicePower, Skedulo, or similar platforms
⚠️ Important: Field operations WFM experience is preferred. Contact center WFM experience alone will not meet the requirement.
