Samahan Mental Health Program Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND COORDINATION
- Assist in implementing approved work plans, activities, strengthening community consultations, and field activities around LUZON.

PARTNERSHIP AND NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
- Maintain and grow partnerships with DOH, LGUs, churches, academic institutions, communities, and civic/ society organizations.

MONITORING, DOCUMENTATION, AND REPORTING
- Collect and organize program data, maintain files, and assist in preparing reports, and track outputs and indicators.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Community Development, Management, and/or Social Work or related fields
2. Preferably at least two (2) years of relevant experience in program implementation, health services, community development, administration, humanitarian/development work, or related programs or work
3. Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, organization, and follow-through
4. Basic understanding of mental health
5. Basic understanding and community support
6. Willingness to travel/flexible work hours as required
