SAP Ariba SCC Solutions Lead – Invoicing Focus in São Paulo

We are seeking a SAP Ariba SCC Solutions Lead focused on Invoicing to join our team on a contract basis in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is pivotal in enhancing our invoicing processes through the integration of SAP Ariba solutions. Working within a dynamic company, you will help streamline operations in a collaborative work environment, making a significant impact on our project's success and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba invoicing solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify invoicing requirements and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance the understanding of Ariba functionalities.
• Document processes, configurations, and workflows to support operational excellence and knowledge-sharing.
• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of invoicing operations.
• Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure the integrity of invoicing processes aligns with internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate invoicing solutions with existing systems and tools.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP Ariba, especially in invoicing and compliance modules.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse project teams.
• Experience in process documentation, configuration management, and training development.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and integration techniques in invoicing.
• Preferred: Certifications relevant to SAP Ariba solutions and invoicing processes.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.
