Job description
We are seeking a SAP Ariba SCC Solutions Lead focused on invoicing for a contract role in São Paulo, Brazil. Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba invoicing solutions, improve invoicing operations, and support compliance in a collaborative project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba invoicing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define invoicing needs and maintain compliance throughout the process.
- Deliver training to team members and stakeholders on Ariba functionality.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to invoicing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to verify alignment with internal policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate invoicing solutions with existing systems and tools.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated SAP Ariba experience, particularly with invoicing and compliance modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across project teams.
- Experience with process documentation, configuration management, and training development.
- Knowledge of invoicing compliance standards and integration techniques.
- Approximately five years of experience in a similar role.
- SAP Ariba or invoicing-related certifications are preferred.
